Sacred Tree Market April 13-Site 92 Under The Gumtrees!!

The free way is finished. Easy to get into and easy to get out …. Our little village of Branxton finally has its small town feel back. The path to Sacred Tree Market is now a pleasant drive to somewhere gentle and quiet ,but vibrant and alive as the village market of 'Sacred Tree Market ' brings our community and travellers alike together in one place.

Helen has been drying calendula petals grown on her farm at Cindale. The vibrant orange petals almost whisper their healing powers as your hand gently brushes over them.
Cindale Herb Farm's famous Calendula ointment will be on sale at Sacred Tree Market this Sunday. Local families around Branxton use this as their 'one stop ' shop for sunburn, ezcema and itches.

And now...just in time for Mother's Day , Helen will be selling her mini purse size containers of 'Cindale Calendula Ointment' . Just the right gift for busy mums to have handy at any moment!

Kim has been busy in her temple of peace (ie. the shade house) getting seedlings ready for Sacred Tree. Parsley, bunching onions, kale, broccolli, lettuce ,broadbeans...all those deliciously healthy Winter Crops ready to plant in the school holidays. The jiffy pots are proving to be a winner for beginner gardeners who buy from our stall , as the pots just get popped straight into the ground with the plant ...no waste, no plant shock ...they just keep right on growing!!

There is something so rewarding about growing your own vegetable patch. Helen and Kim both specialise in heirloom varieties of seedlings wherever possible. We want you to have something in your garden that is good for you and really different from anything you may get off a supermarket shelf.

April is a gardeners' favourite time of year for getting seedlings in.It is not too hot and not too cold. A perfect time of year for setting up a vege patch or adding to one you have already nutured. With this rain staying around, the gardens at Little Black Cow Farm and Cindale Herb Farm are vibrantly green and growing!

Have you ever wondered if you could have your own herb garden?
Helen is  famous for her herb knowledge and it is no wonder her own herb garden looks amazing. Sage , coriander, thyme, worm wood ,chocolate mint ( everyone's favourite!), parsley...the list goes on. If you have a question about growing herbs and what they are good for...just ask us!

A herb plant is also a great place to start for beginner gardeners and a great gift for Mother's Day. You know just how expensive it is to buy leaves and herbs at the supermarket....just imagine walking out your front door and picking as much as you needed. It's the gift that keeps on giving.

Our magical jiffy pots can even be purchased seperately with heirloom seeds . What a great Mother's Day gift or alternative Easter gift these little packs would make!

Kim's natural hand made goat milk soaps will be on sale at Sacred Tree Markets with some special designs made especially for Mother's Day. Each morning as the early fog lifts over Branxton, Kim is milking her Saanen doe , Snow . Snow milks about 2 litres per day and it is this fresh milk that makes our goat milk soaps so very special.

Zzzzzz...is that a mosquito? No problem if you have purchased Helen's natural citronella insect repellent at the Sacred Tree Market. How lovely to be able to put something natural on your skin ...this repellent as a citrus smell that is lovely for us but not so great for insects.

Ah.....'Cindale Herb Farm's All Purpose Spray'! Just the answer for a gift for yourself or someone else. Once again, all natural and the best thing of all ....it works!! If you have a benchtop that looks impossible to clean in a hurry...then you need 'All Purpose Spray!'
It smells good too.
Cindale Herb Farm's herb markers add a touch of colour to the garden and a touch of colour to your life. Plus ... you know what you are eating weeks later when you can't remember the name of that herb you planted! Helen will have these at the Sacred Tree Market Stall on Sunday.

Oh and due to popular demand , there will be some more delightfully quirky corragated iron sculptures at the Sacred Tree Market from Little Black Cow Farm just waiting for you to love them.

So ....jump on the free way .......

and hop on down to the little village of Branxton ...come one , come all , come to the Sacred Tree Market and visit our farm stall!
We are site 92 , just next to Cee Cee's nursery stall and the Hand Made Toys stall. Look for us under the gum trees...close to the main road. Come and have a chat about gardening!
